Born and raised in Tbilisi, I brought with me a love for Georgian cuisine. Having lived in America for over 25 years, I couldn’t find a taste that reminded me of home. So I decided to cook myself and share it with you. I cook with love, adding my unique touches. Inspired by tradition, I create in my own way to craft something special for you. In baking, I use minimal sugar, as I find it healthier—just a light sweetness, without excess.

Georgian cuisine is all about vibrant, balanced flavors. It includes plenty of onion, garlic, fresh herbs, and a variety of spices. There is a balance of tanginess, sweetness, and spice. Dishes often feature cheese, fresh nuts, and unique sauces. It’s hearty, aromatic, and brings comforting, unifying flavors.
